Refund Policy - the basics

A 50% non refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due by the day of the event. All edits are delivered as watermarked previews until final approval. If a client is genuinely unhappy with the final edit, LumièreFilms will make reasonable revision efforts to resolve the issue. If no reasonable solution can be reached, a refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid may be issued. The initial retainer remains non refundable.
